STEP 1 – Get all names, addresses, account numbers and phone numbers of all of your creditors you want to get monthly payment relief from.

You can also get all your creditors information from looking at your credit reports. Click Here to Get Copies of your reports and scores.

STEP 2 – Call each of your creditors and see what payment relief programs they are offering during this national emergency. Take notes next to each of your creditors.

Also ask for the address to directly submit your Certified Hardship Statement of Record to. They may say its not necessary, don’t take their work for it. Make sure you get everything on record.

Get the Customer Service Reps ID Number, Name (if possible) and record the date and time you talked to them.

STEP 3 – Download your Certified Hardship Statement of Record Sheets

STEP 4 – Fill out each section with all the details as instructed in the sample sheet.

STEP 5 – Make copies and send each creditor their hardship document. You keep your copies in a safe place for later use.

The House of Representatives just PASSED the Covid-19 Stimulus Bill to get $1,200 to every adult and $500 to each child. 
Here are some details:
✔️1. If you filed your 2018 or 2019 taxes you are good.
✔️2. If you didn’t file because you did make enough to file.  You need to file a $0 tax return so they will have you on record. BUT
✔️3. If you didn’t file because you are on social security, disability, retirement, etc.  You are OK!
✔️4. Even if you owe taxes and didn’t pay you will still get the $1,200 check. 
😞5. BAD NEWS you will not get a check or your check will be deducted from the balance you owe in child support.  Even if you owe my program will help you keep your money you get from your job or unemployment. 
✔️6. GOOD NEWS the IRS is only involved as a name and address locator.  They are not judging your tax returns to see if you should get a check. 
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Don’t blow this money on paying bills that you can DEFER PAYMENTS AND PROTECT YOUR CREDIT USING THE INFORMATION ABOVE.
