How long will it take to repair my credit?  1 to 10 days for all your documents to be processed. Depending upon how many negative items, such as collections, ID Theft, Unverified Items, Duplicated Items, Charge-offs, Write-offs, Unauthorized Inquires, etc.  

That will determine how much time and work will be needed to accomplish your goal of credit repair.  We will take the time over the phone or in person with you to discuss each item on your credit reports and get to work so you can start moving forward and having good credit again.

What type of items can really be removed off my credit reports?   Any item(s) that are inaccurate, outdated or unverifiable can be removed from your credit reports.  Items that are verifiable such as old collection accounts and public records can be removed with creditor participation.  During your credit repair process we will also send communications via mail requesting full validation of any collection account.  If these are not fully validated they will get removed from your credit reports.

What all do I need to get started?   To properly repair your credit we will need a copy of your ID to verify you are really who you are.  We will also need a copy of a bill that is addressed to your name and your current mailing address.  We will need your social security number to validate and connect your social security number to your verified name and address.  

We also need current copies of all 3 credit reports from Transunion, Equifax and Experian.  We need them so we can see the exact account names, numbers and addresses of furnishers that put the negative information on your reports.  

We also need your current credit scores so both of us can see your improvements from the work we are doing.  If you have a paid monitoring service we can use it, if you don't we have a provide that we will refer you too to get all your reports, scores and monthly monitoring services.  They charge $16.95 per month but that's really nothing because you are serious about repairing your credit.

When will I start seeing results?   Your file is fully completed with in 2 days and sent off to all 3 credit reporting agencies.  You will receive responses from them with in 30 - 45 days depending upon the workflow at their locations.  They will respond individually, they are not the same company and they don't determine their results by what the other one decides to do.

If you have a credit monitoring service you will get results posted with in 25 to 35 days because you don't have to wait for information to be mailed.  You will also get "Alerts" telling you about changes made to your reports.

When will my credit score go up?   Usually with in 30-45 days you will see changes in your credit scores from the changes made on your reports.  We've seen dramatic increases in that time frame but you must understand that your credit score is not only determined by having negative item(s) removed.  It is also determined by the current credit you are also paying on, your debt to credit utilization ratio, debt to income ratio and the amount of payments you've made on your good standing accounts.

So no matter which payment plan you choose you will only pay us $584.93 when you complete your payments.  Unless you chose our 1 payment option of $524.99.  We also have a New Month to Month Plan without long-term commitment.

What is your guarantee?  (The Williams Guarantee) If your credit and credit scores are not improved my company will refund your service payments.  You are required to provide results from each credit bureau as you receive them.  If your account requires debt settlement negotiations you are also required to fulfill any settlement payments that you arrange with your creditors, debt collectors, IRS (State or Federal), loan accounts.  If you follow my plan there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY WE CAN FAIL.  (NOTE DEBT SETTLEMENT - This is done by instructing you on how to contact your creditors/debt collectors and offering a proposed settlement for the outstanding account. We do not collect funds or transfer funds on your behalf to the collector.  You will be required to do the follow up payment(s)
