New York Attorney General James has motioned for a summary judgment against Donald J Trump and his businesses. Trump states that his assets are in a Trust Account and they cannot be touched. The court says otherwise this will be a test for the “Trust Account” believers who state if the “Trust Account” can never be touched regardless of what a person or business does.
